Our Dog Adoption Process

​

Step 1: Fill out our Adoption Application to be considered. Please note MINIMUM AGE FOR ADOPTION IS 24 YEARS OLD. Please complete and return to gdhaven@outlook.com.

Step 2: . If your application is approved, we will notify you within 48 hours to schedule a time for you to meet the dog. If you have other pets, we will ask you to bring them along to meet your potential new family member as well. We will assist in the proper introduction of your animals with our adoptable dog.

Step 3: Home Visit. We will visit your home to see where the dog will be living and ensure your home is a safe and comfortable environment for the dog.

 

Step 4: Bring your new dog home! We will set up a time to meet with you. At this time you will complete our Adoption Agreement, pay the adoption fee, and take possession of your newest family member!

Our Adoption Fees

​

The adoption fee for adult dogs is $250

​

The adoption fee for puppies is $375
